Sashimi plot
IGVをいじっていたら、右クリックメニューにSashimi plotなるものを発見。'sashimi plot'でPubmed検索しても1件しかでてこなかったが、'sashimi plots'にすると3件出て来て、その一つ(Quantitative visualization of alternative exon expression from RNA-seq data)によると、
a quantitative visualization of aligned RNA-Seq reads that enables quantitative comparison of exon usage across samples or experimental conditions
